This project is an Integrated Marketing Campaign (IMC), aiming to explore the topics of freedom of speech and censorship more in depth. This campaign revolves around the development of a pop-up event that has the goal of informing and provoking thought in people about how government censorship systems around the world are more than just about controlling content. Censorship of internet content and media is just the tip of the iceberg, as the true significance of censorship is to control thought, speech and choice of the population. It’s important for people to think critically about why these systems are in place and why even minor censorships are dangerous.
